About the role

Stantec is seeking a Resident Engineer to lead house‑connection and miscellaneous infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site works, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines, and coordinating with various service authorities.

Key responsibilities

Manage construction, house‑connection and miscellaneous projects across multiple disciplines on site.
Supervise inspection activities, ensuring actual works align with the planned program using quality‑assurance, quantity‑surveying and Primavera P3 techniques.
Liaise with DM and other infrastructure authorities, preparing instructions, specifications, reports and cost estimates.

Required profile

Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university.
10–12 years of experience in infrastructure works, with thorough knowledge of Dubai’s existing infrastructure.
Strong decision‑making, supervisory and written communication skills in English.
