About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a talented Resident Pianist & Singer to become the musical heartbeat of a new nightlife concept in Dubai. You will deliver live piano and vocal performances that set the tone for sophisticated evenings, enhancing the venue’s atmosphere and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality live piano and vocal sets throughout service hours.
• Curate and adapt repertoire to match the venue’s concept, guest profile, and evening energy.
• Create an engaging, vibrant ambiance that elevates the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with management and entertainment teams to align performances with programming.
• Play at special events, themed evenings, and private functions as required.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and positive guest interaction at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pianist and singer in luxury hotels, high‑end restaurants, lounges, or nightlife venues.
• Strong vocal ability combined with advanced piano skills.
• Versatile repertoire covering jazz, soul, contemporary, classics, lounge, and popular music.
• Charismatic stage presence with the ability to read the room and adapt performance style.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑energy nightlife environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
