Residential Property Advisor – Commission Based (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Residential Property Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi office. The role is commission‑based and ideal for candidates with a sales background who want to build a career in the UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and assist clients buying, selling or renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and ensure accurate information.
• Advise clients on pricing, locations and current market trends.
• Handle offers, negotiations and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with marketing and administration teams to support transactions.

Required profile

• Strong confidence in client communication.
• Previous experience in sales, customer‑facing roles or CRM usage.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the real‑estate sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and consistent follow‑up.
• Full‑time availability based in Abu Dhabi.
