Resort Driver – Remote Location

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. This position is based in a remote resort environment, providing transportation services for guests, team members, and management while upholding the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, and management to and from the resort, airport, and local destinations.
• Operate company vehicles in full compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and optimal working condition.
• Record trip details, fuel usage, and vehicle activity accurately.
• Ensure punctual pick‑up and drop‑off according to scheduled times.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all passengers.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
