Resort Manager / Hotel Manager – Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Resort Manager / Hotel Manager leads all operational areas of the Al Wadi Resort, acting as General Manager in their absence. This senior leader is responsible for delivering the brand’s service strategy, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation and Security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives, ensuring profitability without compromising guest or employee satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, review budgets, and manage capital expenditures to meet revenue and expense targets.
• Lead department heads in implementing service standards, driving occupancy, rate management, and controlling wages and other controllable costs.
• Oversee guest experience initiatives, respond to guest feedback, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Conduct regular property tours, engage with staff and guests, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Foster a fair, equitable workplace, manage performance reviews, and champion employee engagement and development.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management (or related) with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or operations management.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, drive financial results, and uphold brand service standards in a luxury hospitality environment.
