About the role
The Captain will deliver an exceptional standard of service and provide specialist advice on Ossiano food and beverage offerings. You will support the Restaurant Assistant Manager, train staff according to the Ossiano service sequence, and ensure guests receive the highest level of courtesy.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain flawless understanding of guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive training initiatives aligned with brand standards and the Ossiano service sequence.
- Provide hands‑on assistance to the Assistant Manager and colleagues to uphold service excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years hospitality experience, including 1‑2 years in a Captain or Supervisor role.
- Proven track record in Michelin‑star or fine‑dining environments.
- Excellent communication, ability to supervise diverse teams and work under pressure.
- Strong beverage knowledge; fluency in European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic) is a plus.
