Restaurant Events Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Restaurant Events Manager to lead its restaurant events and group dining strategy. Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Events, you will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and deliver luxury experiences for private and corporate guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the restaurant events and group dining strategy as directed by the Director.
• Generate leads, create proposals, and manage the events sales pipeline to increase conversion rates.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasts, pacing, and displacement recommendations.
• Maintain private dining room product data, capacity charts, floor plans, and buyout playbooks.
• Oversee proposal, contract, deposit, and payment processes, coordinating with Legal and Finance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, fire, licensing, and data‑privacy standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional planning with restaurant GMs, culinary, beverage, AV, security, housekeeping, VIP Services, Concierge, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop group menus, wine/spirits pairings, and premium experiences.
• Maintain Forbes 5‑Star and Wynn luxury service standards at every guest touchpoint.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as lead volume, conversion, ADR, event margin, NPS, and repeat rate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant events or group dining sales.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and KPI analysis.
• Excellent coordination abilities across multiple functional teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, food‑allergen, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Commitment to delivering luxury service standards.
