Restaurant General Manager – Beach Club (ULA Beach, Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Restaurant General Manager you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for guests at the organic, earthy beachside restaurant and bar, ULA Beach Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Beach Club, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences.
• Plan resources, schedule staff and manage the team to meet business demands.
• Mentor, coach and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and genuine hospitality.
• Supervise duties, ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOPs and quality assurance.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engage with guests, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing, seasonal offers and promotions.
• Work with the culinary team to guarantee high food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive measures to improve satisfaction scores.
• Support planning and execution of special events, themed activations and entertainment programmes.
• Control operational costs, inventory and productivity while preserving service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and beach operation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Beach Club Manager in a standalone restaurant, beach club or upscale hospitality venue.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, extensive beverage and cocktail expertise and awareness of market trends.
• Service‑oriented professional with genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Hands‑on leadership style, able to inspire, motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining consistent service standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant and beach club operations, financial performance and team management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue, maximise profitability and meet targets.
• Organisational and decision‑making skills, confident to lead by example.
