Restaurant General Manager – Farmhouse

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead the Al Wadi Farmhouse restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s Gold Standards, overseeing all aspects of restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, and driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, supporting servers and hosts during peak periods.
• Maintain sanitation and food‑handling standards, ensuring compliance with local health and liquor regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a culture of trust, integrity and high performance.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, purchasing and financial controls to meet budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and quality assurance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to oversee all restaurant functions, train staff, and handle guest issues with professionalism.
