Restaurant General Manager – Female (Sports Restaurant Opening)

About the role

We are launching a contemporary sports restaurant at JA The Resort in Jebel Ali and need a dynamic Female Restaurant General Manager to lead the pre‑opening, launch and ongoing operations. You will shape the culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a high‑performing multicultural team from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the successful pre‑opening, launch and daily operation of the venue.
• Drive revenue, profitability and operational excellence through effective P&L management.
• Design and execute innovative promotions, events and guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory control and overall business performance.
• Partner with culinary and resort leadership to continuously elevate the concept.
• Foster a culture where team members feel valued, empowered and motivated.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Background in sports‑themed venues, sports bars or high‑energy casual dining concepts.
• Demonstrated success leading restaurant openings and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid P&L and revenue growth expertise.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a positive workplace culture.
