Restaurant General Manager – ULA Beach

About the role

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As the Restaurant General Manager you will lead a vibrant team to create unforgettable experiences for guests at the organic, earthy beachside restaurant and bar, ULA Beach, in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Plan resources, manage the team and support staff development.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise duties, ensure brand standards, SOPs and quality measures are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to design menus, set prices and launch promotional events to maximise revenue.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve satisfaction scores.
• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee the highest food quality and visual appeal.
• Ensure all team members understand the importance of their roles in the department’s success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as General Manager of a standalone restaurant or beach club.
• Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
• Extensive beverage knowledge; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Service‑focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach to maintain consistent service standards.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to lead by example.
