Restaurant General Manager – ULA Beach, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

As the Restaurant General Manager for ULA Beach in Ras Al Khaimah, you will lead a beachside restaurant and bar, delivering memorable guest experiences in a 5‑star resort environment. You will be responsible for overall operations, team development, and driving revenue through menu planning and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources, manage daily operations and support staff development.
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage team, ensuring brand standards and SOPs are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to design menus, set pricing and organise promotional events.
• Monitor guest feedback, implement improvements and aim to increase satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain high food quality and visual presentation.
• Communicate the importance of each team member’s role in achieving departmental success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager of a standalone restaurant or beach club.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• Strong service orientation with a passion for food and beverage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to lead by example.
• Preferably fluent in Arabic.

Required skills

• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant service.
