Restaurant Hostess – Full-time

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Restaurant Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. You will work closely with the restaurant team to manage reservations, seating, and guest relations while upholding the brand’s standards of responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of dining room layout, capacity, and reservation procedures.
• Answer telephone calls promptly with proper etiquette and manage reservations and cancellations.
• Greet guests at the entrance, assign tables fairly, and present menus.
• Monitor waiting lines, anticipate peak periods, and organize seating flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests following hotel policies.
• Ensure hostess stand, menus, and check folders are clean and well‑stocked.
• Assist restaurant staff as needed to optimize service quality.
• Promote other food‑and‑beverage outlets during guest downtime.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment.
