Restaurant Host/Hostess – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Fujairah Resort as a Restaurant Host/Hostess and be the first point of contact for guests enjoying a luxury beachfront experience. You will create welcoming first impressions, guide guests through the dining experience, and ensure smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list.
• Provide menus, answer initial questions, and recommend food and beverage options.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing table rotation for servers.
• Engage with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and assist in resolution.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries.
• Support other restaurant positions as needed.
• Communicate guest preferences, special occasions, VIP arrivals, and specific requests to the service team.

Required profile

• Friendly, attentive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, servers, and other F&B colleagues.
