Daikan Izakaya, located in Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its team and oversee daily operations. The role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team, promoting teamwork and high performance.
• Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, implementing effective training programs.
• Address guest concerns and continuously improve the dining experience to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and supervise ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Solid financial understanding and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights for decision‑making.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
