Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of Monsieur Paul, a new fine‑dining concept launching in Abu Dhabi in May 2026. The role combines front‑of‑house leadership with close collaboration with the kitchen to deliver the French art of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate and manage front‑of‑house teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring and training.
• Drive revenue by meeting sales targets, upselling and maintaining high guest‑satisfaction scores.
• Control inventory, supplies and operational costs while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Manage cash handling procedures and collaborate closely with kitchen and senior management.
• Contribute to the successful launch and ongoing development of the restaurant.
