Restaurant Manager – All Brands

About the role

The Independent Food Company, a UAE‑based hospitality group with multiple concepts, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its brands, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and meeting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards and effective complaint resolution.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular floor checks and ensure consistency in service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales.
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and support teams.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of food & beverage experience, including at least 1 year as a Restaurant Manager.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
