Join Hilton’s All‑Day Dining outlet at Palm Jumeirah and lead a team that creates memorable guest experiences every day. As Restaurant Manager you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations while embodying Hilton’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, profitability and compliance with policies.
• Monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, up‑selling techniques and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, interview and onboard new talent to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
