Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, execution‑driven Restaurant Manager who will lead day‑to‑day operations of a high‑end restaurant in the UAE, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service excellence and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational plans to maintain strong openings and consistently high‑performing operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing team, fostering a positive culture and teamwork.
• Build a guest‑first service culture focused on personalized, attentive service and consistent standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback and development plans.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory and financial controls.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality sourcing while controlling costs and meeting budget targets.
• Partner with marketing to implement promotions that increase footfall and repeat visits.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identify gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high‑end establishment.
• Strong knowledge of menu engineering, ingredients, techniques and presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with guests, team members and suppliers.
• Solid commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting and reporting.
