Restaurant Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our client’s flagship dining venues in Dubai. The role oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high‑quality service, compliance, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete restaurant operations, including indoor and outdoor seating, service quality and facilities.
• Lead the HR function: training, performance appraisals, roster management and disciplinary actions.
• Control food and beverage quality and maintain inventory of fresh produce, beverages and shisha.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and UAE labour law, and secure all required licences.
• Coordinate marketing and social‑media initiatives to promote the venue.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑volume F&B establishment, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Experience in Lebanese, Middle‑Eastern or multi‑cuisine concepts and 24‑hour or late‑night operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using reservation platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
