About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee efficient and seamless service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor sales, inventory, operational costs, and overall business performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations.
• Support business growth by driving sales, upselling, and improving profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and service excellence.
• Customer‑focused mindset with effective problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous hospitality experience in the UAE is preferred.
