Restaurant Manager – Italian Fine Dining Concept

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine‑dining concept within a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The role combines operational oversight, guest experience excellence, and strong team leadership in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards meet luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience and maintain the highest levels of service quality.
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage a diverse team, handling performance management.
• Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine and menu excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L and cost management.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with Italian cuisine concepts is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑end dining environment.
• Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage service is advantageous.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
