Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a fine‑dining venue in Abu Dhabi, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and operational excellence. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will oversee front‑of‑house service, staff performance, and coordination with culinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, cleanliness, ambience and smooth front‑of‑house/kitchen coordination.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, motivate and schedule the restaurant team, conduct daily briefings and ensure professional grooming standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, control waste, manage inventory and assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, HACCP and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate private events, promotions and collaborate with Marketing and Events teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Required skills

• HACCP and food‑safety compliance knowledge.
• Budgeting and financial forecasting capabilities.
