Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct regular staff training to improve skills and service standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
