Restaurant Manager

About the role

Pickl, a fast‑growing burger and fried‑chicken concept, is looking for a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead its Dubai outlet. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise of “FRESH. FAST. FOOD.” by overseeing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on‑site supervision.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in line with brand guidelines and local regulations.
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and key performance metrics to drive sales and improve table turnover.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure efficient order flow and accurate inventory ordering.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous coaching of team members.
• Support local marketing initiatives and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with proven experience in customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training, and managing high‑volume teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with POS systems.
• Ability to use basic reporting tools for sales and operational data.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health‑safety regulations.
