About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and hygiene.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team, managing schedules, training and performance.
Control costs and inventory, monitoring waste and ordering supplies efficiently.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and achieve business and service targets.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (less than 1 year acceptable).
Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage teams.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
