Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Abu Dhabi location. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and operational concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, HR, Finance, and Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Track restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and overall performance.
• Conduct staff training and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Experience in fine‑dining or premium restaurant environments is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and solve guest‑related issues.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are welcome; European nationalities are preferred.
