Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee nightly operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and meeting financial targets. This role leads front‑of‑house, bar and door staff while collaborating with management to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing of the outlet, ensuring compliance with brand standards, licensing, alcohol service and security regulations.
• Manage staff planning, beverage inventory, cost control and maximise table, bottle service and bar sales.
• Provide senior management with performance data and support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, motivate teams and ensure high service standards during peak nightlife hours.
• Collaborate with DJs, promoters and entertainment teams to uphold the brand’s ethos and continuously improve operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale hospitality operations, preferably in Dubai, with nightlife, lounge or club management.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, alcohol licensing and crowd management regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with venue management software and POS systems.
• Experience using reservation/guest list systems.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
