Restaurant Manager – Kigo (Fine Dining Japanese)

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai DIFC is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Kigo, its authentic fine‑dining Japanese restaurant. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance in a luxury boutique hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
• Supervise, train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and optimise revenue.
• Handle guest relations, promptly resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and supplier management.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service.
• Prepare reports and communicate performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an authentic/fine‑dining Japanese cuisine restaurant.
• Full proficiency in Japanese language.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a customer‑focused mindset.
