Restaurant Manager – LAH LAH

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to lead the award‑winning Pan‑Asian restaurant LAH LAH at Zabeel House by Jumeirah the Greens. The Outlet Manager will be fully accountable for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high‑quality food, beverage, and service while driving revenue and profit in line with budgeted targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a high‑volume, premium casual restaurant.
• Collaborate with the Outlet Chef De Cuisine on menu development.
• Deliver an on‑brand guest experience and maintain brand standards.
• Lead, motivate and train a large front‑of‑house team.
• Manage stock, control costs and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and monitor service quality.
• Drive upselling techniques and act on customer feedback.
• Conduct performance appraisals and take full responsibility for outlet performance.

Required profile

• Hotel Management degree or diploma from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years experience in independent or lifestyle restaurant concepts.
• Proven track record managing a high‑volume, premium casual outlet.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience leading large teams and developing staff.

Required skills

• Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications.
• Food safety certification (PIC Certified).
