Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our luxury 5‑star hotel restaurant in Dubai, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service. The role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with kitchen and F&B leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, train and motivate staff while maintaining high hotel service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and promote an exceptional guest experience.
• Conduct pre‑shift and post‑shift briefings, communicating priorities, promotions and targets.
• Monitor sales, upselling, average check and overall outlet performance.
• Support menu development, promotions, activations and revenue‑driving initiatives.
• Manage stock, inventories, wastage and variances to support profitability.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and restaurant presentation.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and F&B management teams.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily manpower requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; College degree in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in overall Food & Beverage operations with senior management exposure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws and bar operations.
• One to two years in a public‑contact position, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle‑brand hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
