Restaurant Manager – New Opening

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the launch of a new Mediterranean restaurant and beach club in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and building a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor costs, staffing levels, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and pre‑opening requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in high‑end, lifestyle or standalone restaurants.
• Experience with Mediterranean concepts or beach clubs is a plus.
• Pre‑opening experience highly preferred.
• Hands‑on, energetic, and guest‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• UAE or Middle East experience preferred.
