About the role

As the Restaurant Manager for the pool and beach outlet, you will lead daily operations and create memorable guest experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
• Implement innovative marketing, up‑selling, and promotional initiatives to drive food‑and‑beverage revenue.
• Lead recruitment, conduct interviews, and train new hires to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
