Restaurant Manager – Rush Bar

About the role

The Restaurant Manager for Rush Bar will oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and profitability. This role supports menu development, inventory control, and guest satisfaction while leading a team of front‑of‑house staff.

Key responsibilities

• Implement beverage policies and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal liquor laws.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and conduct regular beverage and food standard audits.
• Develop menus, promotions and assist with floor service during peak periods.
• Train and supervise staff on liquor control, service standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor budgets, payroll reports and departmental expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage inventories and uphold sanitation standards.
• Strong understanding of beverage control, cost analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest and employee satisfaction.
