Restaurant Manager – Turkish & Lebanese Dining

About the role

Join a world‑renowned luxury resort as the Restaurant Manager for its Turkish and Lebanese dining venue. You will lead a dedicated service team to deliver authentic, high‑end dining experiences for guests, from everyday meals to VIP events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the service team through briefings, on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Set, monitor and maintain service standards in line with InterContinental brand expectations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table management, service flow and guest recovery.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, turning insights into service improvements.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, presentation and timing.
• Manage staffing, rosters and productivity according to business levels and budget.
• Drive upselling, promotions and service rituals to maximise revenue and average spend.
• Monitor costs, stock levels, wastage and inventory in coordination with finance.
• Review daily reports, POS data and monthly P&L results, providing action plans.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and coordinate special events, VIP experiences and seasonal activations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a restaurant service team in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong guest‑focus with the ability to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Excellent collaboration skills with kitchen and finance teams.
• Ability to manage staffing, schedules and productivity efficiently.
• Revenue‑driven mindset with experience in upselling and cost control.
• Commitment to health, safety, hygiene and sustainability standards.
