Restaurant Order Packer

About the role

Locus Gastro Hub brings together Joyo, Wellty, Meatto and Rumo in Dubai and is looking for a careful, reliable Restaurant Order Packer. The role checks, assembles and packs delivery orders and hands them over to couriers.

Key responsibilities

• Match each order to its ticket and check that dishes, sauces, drinks and other items are complete.
• Follow order notes and flag unclear requests or missing items to the kitchen.
• Use suitable containers, separate hot and cold items and protect orders from leaks or damage.
• Label and match bags to the correct order before handing them over to couriers.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams during busy periods.
• Keep the packing station clean, organised and stocked with packaging materials.

Required profile

• Practical experience in restaurant order packing, takeaway or delivery dispatch is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when several orders are ready at once.
• Clear communication with kitchen and courier teams.
• Reliability, cleanliness and willingness to work on-site in Dubai.
