Restaurant Outlet Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at its Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, UAE. This hands‑on role requires a visible presence on the floor, strong guest interaction, and the ability to build and motivate a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant service, ensuring seamless delivery and operational efficiency.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain service excellence, manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Control inventory, stock levels and costs with analytical precision.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and plan workforce while sustaining morale.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor P&L performance and manage operational budgets.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and kitchen teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a restaurant, bar or Food & Beverage operation.
• Strong leadership with a focus on team development and guest experience.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
• Current food handling certification.
