Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering a seamless, profitable dining experience while upholding Ladurée’s brand standards. Based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, manage schedules and performance reviews.
• Maintain Ladurée’s service standards from guest arrival to checkout, handling complaints and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, health‑and‑safety, HACCP and sanitation compliance.
• Control inventory, stock levels, minimise waste and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Handle cash, billing and POS transactions, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in meeting sales, profitability, labour and food‑cost targets.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication across all departments, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP.
• Ability to lead, train and evaluate a diverse team.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
