Retail Area Manager – Middle East

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Retail Area Manager will oversee the performance and daily operations of Damiani Group’s boutiques across the assigned Middle East area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering a customer experience that aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and ensure KPIs and budget targets are met for all boutiques in the region.
• Lead, motivate and support Boutique Managers and in‑store teams, aligning them with company objectives.
• Provide on‑site operational training and daily assistance to sales staff.
• Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Implement and monitor CRM strategies, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
• Manage client orders and special requests, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate local brand activations and marketing initiatives in line with corporate strategy.
• Supervise wholesale points of sale and support sell‑out performance where applicable.
• Manage the area budget, optimizing operational costs.
• Identify opportunities for retail growth and development within the market.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in multi‑store management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven leadership and retail operations expertise.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned area.
