About the role
The Retail Associate will ensure the store environment is clean, well‑presented and inviting for customers. You will handle transactions at the cutting counter and cash register while supporting merchandising and promotional activities. The role requires a proactive attitude to drive sales and maintain product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain floor appearance, cleanliness and a pleasant shopping environment.
- Ensure all products and equipment are in good working condition.
- Process customer transactions efficiently at the cutting counter and cash register.
- Stock shelves accurately according to planograms and manage inventory.
- Assist customers during in‑store marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Support team members with training, register operation, fabric cutting and shelf stocking.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
