Retail Brand Representative – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Brand Representative works on the sales floor of an Abercrombie & Fitch store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the Hollister brand. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them feel welcome, informed, and eager to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized customer service and respond to shopper needs.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently to drive sales.
• Protect assets by following shrink and loss‑prevention policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
