Retail Counter Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Counter Sales Associate to manage walk‑in customers at our showroom in Deira Gold Souk, Dubai. The role involves selling jewellery‑making tools, machinery and related industrial supplies while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.

Required profile

• Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic language advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.
• 1–2 years experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills considered.
