About the role
Join Qureos Inc as a Retail Counter Sales Associate at the Deira Gold Souk in Dubai. You will be the front‑line contact for walk‑in customers, helping them find the right jewellery‑making tools and industrial supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating solutions and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up with customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure the showroom is well presented.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of counter or retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
