Retail Counter Sales

About the role

The position is based at the Deira Gold Souk in Dubai, handling walk‑in customers for jewellery‑making tools and related industrial supplies. The role involves direct sales, quotation preparation and after‑sales follow‑up, supporting both experienced and fresh candidates with strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers such as goldsmiths, jewellery workshops and manufacturers.
• Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating solutions and industrial chemicals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up with clients.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure an attractive showroom presentation.

Required profile

• Counter or retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
• Good communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical product details.
• Availability for the working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, six days a week, with a weekly off on Sunday or rotational.
