Retail Director – Luxury Fashion, Middle East

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Director to shape and execute the retail strategy for a prestigious luxury fashion brand across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will oversee a network of boutiques, drive commercial performance, and ensure world‑class client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional retail strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across all locations.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Champion luxury client experience, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, Boutique Managers and retail teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, inventory optimisation and store openings or renovations.
• Identify market opportunities, advise senior leadership on expansion and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of retail leadership experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site operations in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and leading large teams.
• Experience in fashion, accessories, jewellery or watches.
