Retail Manager – Beauty Department (TRYANO)

About the role

Our Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring that our Beauty Department maximizes its commercial performance and delivers the most exceptional guest experience in the market. The role is accountable for driving customer, partnership and people experience across multiple luxury departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the business by defining and executing action plans for makeup, skincare and fragrance brands to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the team, recruiting, coaching and building a succession pipeline while fostering a positive work environment.
• Enhance customer experience through omnichannel clienteling, VIP engagement and proactive use of customer data.
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to SOPs, leveraging technology tools, managing stock and visual merchandising, and complying with legal and safety standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a beauty retail store with a specialization and passion for skincare, makeup and fragrances.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
