Retail Merchandiser - UOMO

About the role

The Prada Group, founded in 1913 in Italy and operating in more than 45 countries, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser in Dubai to cover the UOMO category. The role works closely with the Central Retail Merchandiser, the Product Committee, the Controlling Department and the Visual Merchandising team to align stock, sales performance and visual presentation with the collection concept.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the assigned market through regular store visits and feedback on fashion trends, competitor positioning and customer profiles.
• Help prepare the Master Order and the sales budget for the area and category, following collection guidelines and product selection criteria.
• Keep key stores updated on product characteristics and selling points, and report customer responses such as fit, missing items and defects.
• Monitor sales performance with company reporting tools and check that sales match stock levels with Store and Area Managers.
• Act quickly on target deviations by adjusting replenishment or transferring products between stores.
• Work with Retail Sales Planning and Analysis and take part in Visual Merchandising planning, follow-up and replanning.
• Verify that in-store displays match sales objectives and the collection concept, support the Visual Display team with guidance materials and monitor product rotation.
• Deliver product training for sales staff and support and supervise team members.
