About the role
The Sales Assistant will deliver an exceptional in‑store experience for customers at Toys “R” Us in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi. You will support sales, maintain store standards and ensure smooth cash‑handling operations while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and encouraging repeat visits.
- Drive sales by presenting merchandise, offering add‑on products and maintaining an energetic attitude.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation and merchandising standards.
- Handle cash‑wrap transactions accurately, process payments and promote gift cards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good verbal communication, ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least eight hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop.
