Retail Sales Assistant – Mina Zayed

About the role

The Sales Assistant will deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers at Toys 'R' Us in Mina Zayed. You will support store operations, uphold visual standards and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation according to company standards.
• Greet and welcome customers with an energetic attitude, adhering to the dress code.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Manage fitting room service and follow‑up with customers promptly.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handle gift cards and keep the cash wrap tidy.
• Capture customer data accurately in the store database and thank customers on exit.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software tools for visual merchandising.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
