Retail Sales Assistant – Nakheel Mall

About the role

The Retail Sales Assistant will deliver a positive customer experience while driving sales in the Toys R Us store at Nakheel Mall. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the environment is welcoming and clean.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up promptly.
• Operate the cash wrap efficiently, process transactions, and promote gift cards.
• Recommend complementary items to increase average basket size.
• Maintain a sparkling, organized store and assist with housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to use CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
